We bought an old 1988 Pete with a Cat 3406B motor in it, so we have it in our shop now to change all the fluids. Only problem, I don't know how much oil this thing holds, can anyone help me out?
thanks,
coadman

If you popped both plugs it should take 10 gallons but you might want to check it at 9.

takes 10 gallons , check the dipstick after you start the engine and let the oil settle back down. if it is not on the mark , make a new mark. believe it or not , the dipstick may not be right. if you buy a new one , from the cat house, they have to be "calibrated". johnny
