Freight Wing makes a "Gap Fairing" that I have seen a few companies using. I know Wal Mart has some out in Cali with it on. I looks like a reefer unit with no guts or cover. I haven't seen the old school "bubble" in a long time.

Just add the dot com to the company name...

I would say try a local trailer dealer. They might have the info, ordering capability, or be able to refer you who to contact.

I've had 5 of them on conestogas. Had the first one put on when the trailer and tarp system was new in like '98 and never really thought much about it. After owning several tarp systems since that one I noticed the one with the "Nose Cone" had almost none of the tarp and bow wear on the front section as the ones without. Since then I've put them on 4 other trailers with almost the same results. I sold the first trailer a number of years ago and it's still here locally with the same original tarp bows. Doesn't sound like a big deal but on the trailers I've had without the bubbles they would only last like a couple of weeks without new bushing or bows. They definately smooth the air out going around the trailer. On a side note I've noticed if you pull a van/conestoga with a tall tractor the nose cone isn't as critical but most of my trucks are W900L Daycabs or small 36" sleepers so they do little to deflect the wind so the bubble is a huge help. I don't know about fuel mileage, probably helped a little but I mostly did it for tarp wear. They hold up pretty well to tree limbs, we've smacked a few pretty good and have never broken one.
