They keep asking me when I'm coming over to drive one of these trains..........I'd like to come to see the country, but not while driving a truck on the wrong side of the road...........let alone with the steering wheel on the passengers side of the truck

I could just see you two driving one of those trucks..... Getting tired and forgetting where you are, go to shift and fall out the door....

A 7CZ file in say, a 2WS 550, to get it to perform optimal would you use the trim codes off the injectors or say a 6999, or 5232? and how would u set the fls/fts? factory to the 2WS or from a 7CZ? or is there seperate settings that work best for each file, trim code, and engine prefix?
    Hurts my brain

Can you get here on Monday??

Work is pickin up and need a driver might not be a Aussie road train but still a B double at 110,000 lbs

You can drive on your USA license (must have a 8 something they said) for 12 months.

Spend 2 months here then go to Australia (only 3 hours away)

I have 2ws with mr Haney 7cz file, left stock inj numbers in so it runs smooth and he set fts/fls for what specifically worked for me. Runs like a cat shot in the b#lls but no consistent mpg's yet. About mid 5's for now but I know it will improve as I calm down and motor breaks in

Lol!!! Wish I could... Do they recognize a Canadian CDL??? I currently have my own heavy haul rig... Tri-axle RGN with a single axle jeep and booster. 8 axles on the ground with my 3 axle tractor. Max permit weight is 150,000lbs... Always love a challenge... Once I get it paid for I plan on doin something like this, just to experience truckin in a different country...

What kinda freight do you usually haul with the B double???

They sent me some pictures of the truck, it looks like it works on dirt roads a lot. The truck is white, but was covered in a red mud and looked orange. The picture was also taken along the side of a dirt road in what looked like the middle of nowhere.

I wanted them to do a particular ECM download and email it to me so I could program the Customer Parameters to match the tuned ECM. I was told to be able to do this that the ECM had to be removed from the truck and flown to a shop that could do this. I had them send as much info about the truck that they could and set the parameter accordingly with a few educated guesses on a couple of the settings.

If anybody here complains about outrageous shop prices to work on their CAT motors, I just think about these guys having to fly mechanics in from other parts of the country to work on the truck along side of the road where it broke down. The plane lands on the road, unloads the mechanic with his tools and parts..........now that's an expensive repair bill. The other alternative is to get a couple of Road Trains with push bars and hook to the disabled truck and move it to a facility that can do the repairs.

If I come over to visit..........I want to look at the pretty blonds on the beaches...........not to drive a truck........... Second thought....................Maybe I could take a day or two to ride in a truck......if there is a pretty blond in it

    Calm down..............hmmmmmm

Have you lost any races yet?

My wife never realized how often truckers try to race each other from a stoplight in this area, until I pointed it out to her...........afterwards she couldn't believe how often it's done and the number of times she's actually witnesses it going on.

You aren't one of those guys are ya?

I always thought trucking was a race..........I let them get me for the first 5-6 gears.........after that watch the smoke fly
