I shoulda took the advice I was given years ago by a very wise man.

"If you buy something good it's usually not cheap. If you buy something cheap its usually not good."

    Live and learn I suppose.

Sounds great, if fuel goes back down to $.95/gallon. Wish I new how they did the calculations so we could see a comparison at today's fuel prices.

I have been thinking about putting some different drive tires on after i save up a little more money.

My truck has the Bridgestone M726's and they have about an inch of tread on them. They're going to be around for awhile.:biggrin_25524:

Kind of old info shows fuel at .95 a gallon.

370,000 miles at 6mpg is 61,666.66 gallons x 3.409= 210,221.64 on deep tread tires with high RR

370,000 miles at 6.5mpg is 56923.07 gallons x 3.409= 194,050.74+2320 for at set of tires at 275,000miles=196,370.74 a saving of 13850.90. for the low RR tires.

Personally I have 370,000 or so miles on my XDA Xone's right now with 9/32ns of tread left.
