you say the wiring is "good", but is it "clean"...??
sometimes the simplest of all things to ensure battery voltage is to have all connections clean. when was the last time you (or someone else) actually removed the battery cables and properly cleaned all the terminals..and NOT JUST the terminals, but the cables as well??? is there any tell-tale evidence of that white/blueish powder which is corrosion showing inside of the cable ends..?? battery care is always neglected..... you need the full 12.5 to 13.5 volts from that battery. yes, a FULLY charged battery can/will have 13.5 volts. look it up.Last edited by Rerun8963; 05.14.2011 at 06.37 AM.

I have an eaton fuller 10spd autoshift on my century.
When you turn the ignition key to the on position the air system on the gearbox cycles. During this time the truck will not start. When the gearbox finishes it is in neutral and the ignition should work.
Try letting the system cycle completely before turning on the starter.
The other thing to try is, if you have an electrial disconnect switch, to remove power to everything for about 30 seconds and retrying. If you ever get a torque lock on the transmission, (stuck in a gear and wont shift), this will clear it.
I'm thinking that a freightliner shop might be a better place to go for autoshift problems. I think autoshifts on KW's is pretty rare, and that might be leaving your shop clueless.
good luck

My last company I worked for locally had the 10 speed full auto's. They are junk IMHO. I was against them when they got them, but being open to new technology, gave it a shot. Drove it for 15 months, my truck alone was in the shop 8 times. Towed away for "torque lock" twice. One time it was in the shop over a month. Eaton came out and rebuilt it themselves. All new wiring, new shifter, new solenoids, reprogrammed the computer. STILL the same problems.
They did nothing to sell me on an auto. I would try to convert it to a 13 ASAP otherwise you'll keep having these issues. That's from my personal experience with 3 different 2010 T660's. I don't like them at all. I am not convinced they can handle real world driving.
