besst truck tires for muddy off road conditions?

Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?
I currently run winter deep recaps which seem to work fairly well, but I was wondering if anyone one has had luck with other tread styles.
    Thanks.

Bandag cap names, BDR-W, and gripper.

We run the gripper on our pulling trucks and they seem to like dirt. Have heard decent stuff about the BDR-W in the mud.

the best off road tires are Michelen XDN2 Grip, they have good durability buy if there are many stones there, tires may be cut with, use something cheapper becouse tires are not worn as of normal use but cut with sharp stones

they are only for snow and ice

for off road xdy3 for on road off road use

in mines you can use H or L series

but i think also that is not good thing to put good tires on off road truck you can often damage them unplanned

BFG DR675. Great in the bush. I run 80% off road. Lots of gravel and mud, snow and ice. These tires work very well. I put a set on last November. Still over 50% tread left. Check them out.

Is it for your silage truck? Here's a pic of what I run on mine versus what came on the truck when I bought it. 305/75 22.5's (maybe 315's, can't remember). They have an 11" face so you are gaining 6" of contact with the ground per tandem. They are the best thing I have found except floaters. Only problem is they are hard to come by around here. Only one place around has that size casings and can get that cap.

I just got home from doing some mud bogging tonight. The fields are pretty muddy right now. Chopped 1300 ton today. Only had to get pulled out once.

Michelin XDE M/S* for me...75 mph rated for my time on the highway, but excellent traction when I head off road.

Yes, they are for my silage trucks. Things aren't too muddy up here yet, but we're already having trouble getting around in spots. I have a couple trucks that are due to be replaced so I was searching for some opinions. I like the looks of those wide tires, tread looks nice and agressive as well. I think i'll check around and see who has some wide retreads to try, I believe you are right....the wider the better. How much were those tires in the pic?
The local custom guy just got a set of the wide, treaded floats. He said he could go anywhere with that truck, but I think he paid around 7k$ for a set of tires and rims!!
