Well, if you are wanting to replace a bunch of stuff, the price goes up quite a bit. You can do an ECM reprogram only. I recently got a quote from Full Tilt in MN for a Bully Dog Power Pup along with their EGR delete program for $4500 total. No need to remove components. With the software delete, the emissions parts aren't doing anything but sitting there looking stupid.

Or, you could do what I did roughly 400,000 miles ago to my '06 ISX.... I just put a steel plate block where the EGR tube meets up with the intake. Got a .5+ mpg improvement right out of the gate with my average mpg at around 7 year round. No problems. Still original injectors, turbo, cooler, etc and the truck now has 791,000 miles on it. Did have an EGR valve replaced by owner before me. I got the truck at 319,000 miles. Cheap, easy mod until you decide to go further.
