If you have the part # (which is probably a Freightliner number) you can cross that to a different brand by going to some of the big air bag manufacturers websites. Then you can take the numbers to a smaller parts place that can probably get them cheaper and quicker.

Some numbers are exclusive to dealer Parts and can't be crossed. Try ford and western star for the same number and go with the best deal.

In my WS, I jack up the cab a couple inches past the bag height. Dump all air out of the system. Push the ferrule toward the bag to release the air supply hose. Then I pull out the air bag (nothing retaining it at all). Replace the same way.

On both my peterbilt and Western star there is a 3/8 bolt in the top and a plastic nut on the bottom that threads onto the air line boss.

You could try http://www.anythingtruck.com/ or http://www.truckcomponentsonline.com/
I've used both.
