I have a n14 celect with fault code 241 - Vehicle Speed Sensor Circuit. Can not seem to find information on this and its effects. Will the motor derate or ?

According to cummins book- "engine speed limited to max vehicle speed without vehicle speed sensor parameter value. Cruise control, progressive shift, gear down protection, and road speed governor will not work"

usually w/o VSS engine speed is 1200 rpm governed. This parameter is easy to change with Insite software
