![]() The W9 is a nice truck but just couldn't get used to being so cramped. It was like climbing in a cabover just to get into the truck, banged my knee on the steering colomn, couldn't get far enough away from the pedals, and had a heck of a time getting into the bunk! I'm only 5'9" and 155lbs, I'm not a big guy. It didn't have a super jake on it like my freightliner did so that kindof sucked....lol Anyway everyone seems to like or want a pete or KW and I like to do my own thing...not much of a follower. |

| I hear ya, im just kidding. In the aerocab KW and ultracab Pete's you can move the seat so far back you wont reach the pedals. To each his own, i dont like the cramped feeling sitting behind the wheel in a shaker, cant move the seat far back because of sleeper cabinets, and it feels like that steering wheel is jabbing ya in the gut. The cab is not as wide with the paccar's, which i prefer over the wide shaker cabs, but trust me my sleeper beats any freightliner sleeper built....... 86" FTW!!!!

I've never heard anyone say they was cramped in a Freightliner..Heck you'd have to be 8' tall in order to be cramped....LOL |

| Well behind the wheel you are cramped in one compared to a Petercar or KWhopper, cant move the seat far back enough. Im 6' even and never felt at home in one..... Not saying they are bad trucks, so dont get me wrong. Everyone has their personal preference.

| It was all one, 70" condo, maybe it was just the seat in the truck but it seems like it wouldnt go back any further do to the sleeper cabinets. In my KW i can move the seat so far back that im literally driving from the sleeper..... Not that i do but sometimes its nice to stretch the ole legs.

| Must have been the seat cause thats how mine is. Seat all the way back and I can't push the clutch but a quarter of the way in. Thats with very little air in it. I'm not even close to the cabinets, could probably move it back another 6" maybe? I will say this, the newer aerocab KW's and the pete's with the wider opening aren't bad. It give you more room to slid away from the dash and the pedals. |

| Been truck shopping for the last week and have looked at everything and must say a KW studio is a damn nice truck and was considering it tell we put it on the scale 20,380 lbs with no fuel would have cost me $400 bucks a trip over the XL condo I bought yesterday |

| In a KW my homemade cookies sit with in easy reach on the pass seat. In an FL you flat out will not be able to use the pass seat for any thing while driving. Reason enough to not buy a FL.
