Yes I would like to know the difference between bull hauler stacks and regular curved stacks? Is the a difference between the two is one better for performance than the other? If there is no difference why is the bull hauler stack so much more than a regular curved stack? Just for information would like to know from an experience knowledgeable driver. Thanks:biggrin_2556:

I think they only look good if the stacks are at least 8" diameter, even then I don't know if I'd want them. I prefer the plain old curved tip.

I'm no bull hauler but I think they look cool... Stacks are just for looks there are no performance gains to be had with any of them. Restrictions come from bends in the pipes, 90* elbows etc.. All a person really needs is a free flow muffler to reduce exhaust backpressure and a factory 5" diameter pipe is more than enough to exit the gases. The most efficient exhaust would be a straight pipe grassburner..

If by "bull hauler" stacks you mean these, I suspect that the original intent may have been to push the exhaust further away from the trailer but that is speculation and in reality, won't work anyway. I don't see ANY stack having an impact on performance. Curved stacks help reduce the amount of rain going in the stack when parked. IMO, it's all just a style thing, everyone has different tastes. Price wise, they are about the same price as any other stacks around here ($200 each). I've never heard them referred to a "bull hauler" stacks before, I call them "Donkey ears", some call them "Paki stacks" because they are REAL popular with the east indian gravel haulers. When I bought mine they were sold as 60"X6" hockey stick stacks".

eeeh, seems to me we all gonna get trucks with weed burner style exaust, like in Europe now.

US style exaust pipes in EU are used on construction trucks and in UK. I do not know why Europeans prefere low exaust, no any legal regulations about this.

But on all arctic versions they install US style exaust and some drivers here convert ther to bull hauler style
