There are 4 fuses of different amps in weather enclosed things, just as u mentioned.
The 30A which ironically has a BLUE wire leaving it was blown.

a $.10 fuse was all this was....

    Thanks

    (Dont have a working camera..but...)

It's right next to the 2 relays (HELLA Brand). - Just to the passenger side of the squirter reservoir.
There is a bundle of 4. You cant miss them.
They dont look like fuses though - more like capped off connectors and thats why I didn't see them at first.
Two wires are all that are in each module. They are labeled TRLR PWR and AUX TRLR PWR from what I could make out.
If you remove the 'cap' , inside there is a simple regular automotive blade fuse...

Non working ABS - Need assistance with troubleshooting-img_0543.jpg Non working ABS - Need assistance with troubleshooting-img_0545.jpg

The one I am pointing to has a blue wire leaving it and was the culprit.
Here are the photos, once I arranged the fuses in a better way. But there are 4 fuse holders.
Some were tucked under the other harnesses in there so it wasn't easy to see all of them.

THANK YOU very much. I would have figured them for just blind caps to a wiring harness not a fuse holder.

EXACTLY. That's why I didn't see them either. I thought they were capped off harnesses!! - Once I dug into them, sure enough-
