I am starting to have one of my dump truck drivers complain about this. It is going in the show next week, also have never have to replace the clutch brake before. Any of you have any idea how long it takes to replace one and cost? Thanks

They make a replacement disc that kind of comes apart to install, no need to drop the transmission.Costs less than 25 bucks, and I THINK I was charged an hours labor to install. Not a big job at all.

if the clutch is dragging it may break it again. also here is some info that few know. when the stick is in gear and you are roling down the road, if you push the clutch pedal to the floor and mash the clutch brake, the clutch brake, which is the size of a cd disc will be trying to stop the truck. thats how they usually get broken. never squueze the C-brake if the truck is moving.
