yes we have with some of our fleet trucks we have and local trucks. I have made good freinds though with Mr Hanney here on the forum and as far as im concerned Im gonna let him tune my stuff from now on. J-Balls tunes we have had done did good I can't talk bad about them but they are hard to get ahold of somtimes if you need to ask a question or talk to them that is my only concern. They may be cheaper than PDI but i would rather stay here in the states with my dealings if I can... I would try mr hanney first and ask him about whatever you need he is a PDi dealer also. You should try and PM him and see what he says about what you are wanting to do.

Well j-ball has that delete and the DEF delete also for that engine. They said it was about 4000.00 I know they may be cheaper but somtimes that isn't always better this is a new engine and I don't know how much testing they have done on this specific delete. All I know is PDI has this delete too and their here in the states and easy to get a hold of. Just look here in the forum and find MR Hanney then pm him (personal message) and he will respond to you and if he sees this tread he will any way here in the forum.

I have heard several Canadian truck owners that were less than pleased with J-Ball. I thought about it at one time, but after hearing a lot of negative things, just moved on. I would, at this point, only recommend PDI or Full Tilt (Bully Dog) out of Jackson, MN for doing any ECM stuff and emission deletes. Yes, Full Tilt offers deletes as part of the Bully Dog package. If a dealer flashes your ECM without your knowledge, you are SOL. With something like Bully Dog, you can revert the ECM to stock before going into shop, and then flash it again back to performance settings after it comes out of shop. I am uncomfortable with being limited to having an ECM reprogrammed out of the truck with no ability to reset to those settings without having to send the ECM back and have it programmed again. From what some of the Canadian drivers I heard, J-Ball is less than accommodating if a shop scrubs the ECM with stock settings. You will have to open your wallet again.

I tired J-Ball once & I didn't like the ECM's so I returned them for refund but only got 1/2 of my money back.J-Ball got both ECM's back & 1/2 of my money.I wouldn,t trust him with my mother-in-law let alone my ECM's. Mr. haney is the only way to go.
