have you checked fuel pressure and air in fuel pressure for the accert shoud be at least 105 or higher under load at at least 1600 rpm
did you change the fts and fls settings yet???
i have a few good settings to go into it if you like pm me and i will share more info
i ve seen this a lot when guys go to the dealers and they playwith fts fls anf go backwards because they are picking at straws trying out other fuel settings, there are also injector trim files you can use as well that i have had good results from
