ISX egr systems Anybody had any problems with the egr valve after egr cooler replacement ? Had my cooler replaced under warranty, ran good for a week, now runs rough again.Just wondering if the mechanics at Kenworth, are telling me fairy tales ?

I would delete it if possible. No worries then. I know my Detroit ran like crap even after they replaced the whole egr system. I say chunk it if you can.

The EGR valves on the ISX made prior to the '07 model engine can fail at any time, so replacing the cooler may have nothing to do with it. But you might want to check that they got the wiring back on it, or that it has not rubbed and shorted out.
