How to check fuel pressure 2006 c-15 mxs???

How do you check the fuel pressure on a 2006 cat c-15 mxs??? I'm pretty good with mechanical stuff on cars and light duty trucks but i haven't done alot with heavy truck stuff so i just want to be sure I check it in the right place. It's looks like there is some sort of quick coupler on top of the filter head but i'm not sure do you need some sort of adapter.
Thanks in advance for any help.

that adapter is where you check it or the fitting on the front can be taken out and thread in a fitting to hook up a gauge. the quick coupler adapter can be bought from cat or a good hydraulic hose shop.

let me look in my book and i'll post it. but if you take the coupling off and go to a hose shop they could set you right up.

I don't have any GOOD hose shops close other than a few bigger implement dealers I might have to try one of them.

I ordered the fitting from Fabco (local cat dealer) it was only like $25. I'll post a part number for it when I get it so the next guy lookin for one has the number.
