2000 379 air brake light stays on...

I have recently developed a problem...my air brake light will stay on with the key out of the ignition...I had a problem about a year ago where it would stay on while driving. The truck was up to full pressure and everything worked good but it would just beep at me...now it doesnt stay on while driving but will beep when the truck is off and the key out of the ignition...

I have read there is a kick panal behind the pedals that i need to remove and check the switch back there...which i have a few days here until we start hauling beets again...

i also noticed when i shut the truck off the fuse panal buzzed for a bit when i shut it off then went off...

I also noticed right at the end of my last day of hauling for a while i had a very slight miss not to bad and maybe not even a miss but it just wasnt ideling "normaly" i kicked up the idle and it ran fine and no loss of power that i noticed

well like I said i have about 2 weeks before we will be rolling heavy so i have some time to check into it...I have a pretty good mech at my disposal and he is willing to come out and take a look...just wanted to get an idea before we start

well i brought it home last night and have discovered i can get the air brake light to go off if i mess with the key...maybe i should put a new ignition switch in it???...im still not going to rule out that i wont need to fix the breaker or relay for it but i might also have that problem too???
