2006 isx 500

Hi guys I was wondering about two trucks we have. One is a 2006 KW T800 ISX 500/1650. Other is a 2006 KW T800 ISX 530/1850. The 500 is quite noisy from the front and has weak jake. Was wanting to do a egr delete on the 500 cause it seems to smoke a little. Also can it be uprated to maybe 565/1850. Any major component differences between the two. Thanks
