engine shaking

Hey guys I just got put on a different truck

and of course it worked fine for awhile but less than a week later, the problems arise.

This time, at one point in my trip powering up a hill with a 20000 lb load, the engine started making a irregular (pattern) noise, shaking in time with the noise, and loosing and gaining power slightly, check engine light came on, the works. It only did it when going uphill, and eventually I noticed that if I coasted downhill out of gear, the light would come on, which is new to me.

im parked now, just idling with the cruise control on to prevent the truck from shutting off (cali anti idle) and the engine periodically shakes. If I frog it and hold it up to 1700 rpms, it will gun, hold, make a sound like an electric drill, drop about 200 rpm, stop making that sound, go back to 17 and start over, until I stop frogging and let the petal up, and then the check engine light comes back on for a minute.

The check engine light comes on only when I'm gassing or just after.

I'm assuming it's got something to do with my turbo, considering it would be the 3rd truck from this dealer with a turbo problem (don't EVER do business with fussell in dallas)

oil pressure normal, water temp stays at 175

Yea injector sounds right its giving me an ecu 128 as well
