ser 60 12.7 oil pressure question

    I was just curious what is a good oil pressure at idle and running for this engine? Mine has 950k no rebuild I am a fuel hauler so never under 80lbs always over by couple hundred pounds. Idle oil pressure after delivering a load in 80f weather 62mph drive is around 35-40 and anything over 1100rpm is at 50psi. How are these numbers looking and what is the limit where I should be concerned?

    That's around the same as my 03 12.7, I'm a oil hauler and idle a lot and from what I've been told by Detroit anything over 25lbs at idle is all they need.

    Those are fine numbers, an likely wouldnt improve with a rebuild. 28+ at hot idle 50 at full boogie is perfect.
