Replacement Bumper?

I hit a deer a while back, and my lower air dam/bumper is damaged. The fiberglass mounting on the drivers side is broken up, and the bumper is moving around just enough to damage the hood.

Does anyone know where to find a replacement? Stock or chrome, or whatever? My mechanic told me it was $500 for the stock (unpainted) and $800 for the chrome. I've seen a few places on the internet that were a little cheaper. I just can't see paying more than 3-400 bucks for one!
