northern CAC broken mounting tabs 1 year old

so i open the hood on my truck today and the placement of the air to air looks off. look a little closer and see that 3 of the 4 mounting tabs are broken off.



this is a northern CAC i installed on 9-3-13

with today being a holiday i will call tomorrow and see how there customer service is.
Northern Charge Air Coolers are warrantied for
a period of two (2) years from the date of
installation, to be free of defect
s in materials and workmanship.

 

i'll look a little closer for air bubbles but i don't recall seeing any. was able to stop by the freightliner dealer this morning where i had purchased it from this morning with the original invoice. they called northern while i was standing there and told them what happened sounds like they will most likely cover it. but they cant till the receive back the original one. so they have me another on its way when it gets here i will have to pay for a new one and they will send the old one back in the box for the new one and issue a refund.

iv got the old one rigged in there so it shouldn't move around so i guess ill run it till the replacement gets here.
