| Man i loved my Pete, that truck was my best friend! lol Im not saying i hate this KW but if you seen my thread on largecar then you see why im not to fond of this truck now.... I like the 86" bunk though that is very FTW!!!!! Oh well hope i got all the bugs worked out of it......... Oh and BTW the KW turns like a battle ship compared to a 379 ex hd Pete so watch out.

| Maintenance wise the western star like I have is the easiest to work on. I can almost stand up between the frame rails under the cab, but I am only 5'9" |

But the Pete is better in every way in my honest opinion, ride, handling, turning, way less body roll (wait body roll? no such thing on a 379), alot better on ice, even backing up you have way better visibility. Dont get me started on ease of working on a Pete compared to a W9, i like my truck but i if got the chance to get my money back towards a nice 379 i wouldnt even hesitate....... And most likley i will.
