I heard they work on some engines and some like the MBN bridge or 7CZ C16 sees actually 0 power. They alter the IAP signal to the ecm from what i understand. They make a simple wire for these as well, the 1LW and older with 40pin ecm's supposedly respond well to this.

Yes, this is a double post. A few days ago 550 recommended a set of 75mm nozzles, a bigger turbo and a FASS to increase fuel mileage on a 3406C in my buddy's truck, a 96 379 with 13 double over and 3:55's. He runs about 65 most of the time, pulling a 40 ton RGN double drop.

He's not a computer guy so he called the Famous Power People in PA. He was recommended the FASS and said it would give about .4MPG. Anyone using the FASS who can report the results??? Thanks.

They work, especially on mechanical motors, is what i can tell you from experience. What they do is get rid of the air in the fuel lines, engine runs a lot smoother, more responsive, and of course better mpg's.

A guy I know installed a FASS this spring.

Biggest waste of money was his direct quote. He can't tell any difference on a 96 3406E. No power difference, and no MPG difference.
