Is that your stock 600 ecm setting? You didnt get the flash file # did you? I think a lot of my fuel millage comes from the manifold and huge turbine housing. I dont think my ecm is contributing to much of the millage, im sure id get better with a stock setting. This sucker pushes a lot of fuel with just a touch of the throttle, crap load of smoke rolls out when i just blip the throttle, it wouldnt do that with a stock 6NZ computer. But im not about to change that either!

I hardly ever go full power, 25psi of boost is more than enough to get it moving with a full load, i still hammer on it pretty good though when the opportunity arises so dont get me wrong

^^^^ What he said, you will need a turbo at this point though. You could get the marine injectors if you cant find anybody to flash your ecm. On the stock 6NZ ecm with a turbo, manifold, maybe a fuel wire and some trim codes you should be putting that to the wheels, i bet it would be closer to 800hp though.

Have you by any chance received my last email sent 09/11/08?
No problem if you have been too busy to check, or respond;
After a couple of lost emails, I just have no confidence in my "new, improved email system".

Yeah, bolt it right on, have the trim codes set to 6999 and you will be very happy. If you are wanting more and get the marine injectors you will need a 3406B or a C18 manifold, the 600 program will push the power up there with the injectors and will run very hot on the exhaust.

Not the sig 600 turbo, yeah they do use cummins turbos but i dont like them since the exhaust housing is still kinda small, think they use the N14 525hp turbo or something bigger, the sig has a tiny exhaust housing. Pittsburgh power is working on a turbo right now for us, shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, and then there is MI turbo that i am using right now.

If you have a 550 turbo you can get away with it as long as the ecm has stock settings, with a FLS of 127 i can tell you that the turbo is way to small and you will be pegging over 1200*F on the pyro in no time.

The turbo on my signature is actually a lot smaller than i would have thought.
If it goes im upgrading.. between that and sports mufflers i should have a nice backpressure reduction.
