| For you cat fans, The ford truck pictured had a Cat engine (my dad thinks it was a 3406 rated at 350 or 375hp), 410 ratio, and spring suspension. Anyone here ever drive a L9000? Hunter

I had a brand new CL9000 double wide cabover in 1979. It was the most luxurious truck of the day, had a KT450, the 1st ever air ride cab and cruise control! Even with the hendricson 44000lb spring suspension it was comfortable. Was the 1st truck I ever drove that I could drive 20 hours without feeling whipped... and in those day we drove 20 hours nearly every day.
