The 2WS files are all after the LOW NOX software came in to being........so there is no stock CAT file that will do this. You need to do a PDI or Bully Dog program.

so you can gain up to 100hp off fuel trim codes & injector codes? do you have to increase the hp when you increase the fuel? will there be more stress on the internals by turning the hp up to 550-600hp?

You can gain over a 100 hp playing with these numbers in the ECM.
Yes, you increase hp when you increase the amount of fuel the engine can burn
The rotating internal parts of a 3406E 14.6L or a 6NZ C-15 are the same except for for the piston crown when compared to a 800Hp marine engine. The head gasket, spacer plate and head are the same as a C18 950hp Firetruck engine in the 6NZ C15 or later engines.
Uprating these engine to 800+ hp will not cause them to self-destruct. The biggest worry is the cooling system capable of getting rid of the extra heat the engine will produce. Will the aftercooler handle the extra boost, while cooling the intake air temperature down to exceptable levels.
I'm not saying you can't hurt an engine by turning the fuel to it, but a 600-700 hp engine doesn't have a shorter life span of a stock 550 if properly driven and serviced.

Cat SIS shows that the factory dynos the first few motors with multiple arangements to meet horsepower specs. Its common to see fts 0 fls 0, which i understand is a field rerate. Wondering why they havent tried fls 127 and fts 0?
