7E0558 is a .025 inch undersize 3406E conrod bearing.
4W5698 is a .025 inch undersize 3406E main bearing.
Not sure if they are current numbers, I'm not at work today to check.

You should check the upper conrod bearing, it does the most work and usually suffers the most damage.

Apply small amount of silicone in the joints of the pan gaskets and the block where the front and rear cover gaskets touch the oil pan or stiffer plate.
Great advice chopper.

If you drop the fan belts it make changing number 1 a bit easier too.

Tap the rod and main bearing with a blunt flat blade then I use a heel bar to remove the old mains out.Clean and lube the main bolt threads, caps and the flat washers top and bottom. Then lube the leading edge of the upper mains roll them in.Inspect your bearing locks to make sure they are seated good. A long bar on the front crank bolt helps while you are under the motor along with rags to cover the axle to prevent dirt from falling while you change the rod bearings out.Are the rod bolts 12 point or flat bolt heads? 12 point have different torque setting.Could have fractured rod caps too but these are rare. Do not lube the back side of the bearings I use white lithium lube not engine oil as per cat.

Oh on the initial torg setting use a white pencil or permanent marker on the flat corner then torg the mains up with a 3/4 impact as per cat. This is the same way caterpillar does it a the factory. Yes 3/4 impact!
