hi pittsburgh power did my truck it has a cpl1280 444 cummins,they did bigger fuel line,dual fuel line to heads,holeset turbo,upsized injectors and maxed pump out.truck runs unbelievable like a old big block musclecar and will turn high rpms if you want it too.i would do it all over again,they do great work and bruce knows everything about big cam cummins.

pittsburgh has all the parts up to 1000 hp

they have a solenoud that goes under the stock one that can be hooked up to your hi/lo shifer switch or a manual switch which will reduce the power in the low range for driveline protection or you can just put it on the switch which i had so it would cut the fuel pressure and cut the smoke for the pollution nazi's

Wow what is she putting out Hp wise, fuel mileage. what do you haul?
Do you have the old turbo from the original motor?

I will definitely invest in that I don't want to tear anything up...Did you get this from Pitts Power? How much?

the solenoid is like 50 bucks and it goes right under the shutoff solenoid thats already on your pump it looks identical and is adjustable for fuel pressure

they were originally provided on the 444 because that was the only way they could keep the drivetrain warranty by cutting the power (torque) in low range with the trannys and rears at the time

Cool.....Now do I have to get in and out of the truck adjusting this thing or put it on a setting and let it stay

If you have even a remotely modern tranny I wouldn't bother. you don't live somewhere you will have to worry about smoke police
