Label on a Detroit Series 60

Hey gang, I'm looking at a truck online, and I'm trying to figure out what the label on the intake is/says. The only reaon I'm asking is I haven't noticed it on most Detroit 60's that I can recall. Thanks.

If it an older model, I believe it is a sticker with a 1-800 number for Detroit emergency service.
