| I don't think it's a problem in racing use. If you rev the engine at max rpm a couple of seconds before start there's so much air pumped through engine that even a big turbo will spin so much that it makes maybe 0.1-0.2 bar of boost, meaning it will react very fast when you give load to it. I guess you don't even need max power in first gear because of limited grip when bobtailing. When pulling trailers or sled the spool up is not a problem. They also have 5 different A/R exhaust housings to choose from to get right boost/backpressure ratio. |
