Where are you located. It might help some people get an idea of where to go to to save long distance traveling.

Will a C-16 be strong enough???
I have head gasket and liner problems with mine.

Would a converted ACERT be a better bet????
Stronger block and built for higher pressure's

Just thinking out loud

Hard to find large enough low pressure single turbo for that power level. I don't know if anyone has used triple gt 55s, triples is just the easiest way to match turbos for 2-stage system.

There is a company in Finland that makes tailor made slipper clutches, I know 1 that is used between 14 litre Scania and Scania box, but I have also seen Crower in same application. But if it's allowed I would use Allison or some powershift box, faster and full gas shifts.

I quess not. Sigma has 17mm plungers vs. Cat 10.8 mm or something like that. Also the lift of Sigma is maybe 14 mm or more, what is the maximum travel of Cat injectors? Unit injectors might be more efficient so maybe they don't need to be as big but I still doubt it's possible.

Long hood trucks do look classy.

The RPM can be done easily with the right modifications to the valve train. The horsepower is achievable, but expensive to build. Here's a picture of an E Model converted back to mechanical. PDI can build an ECM for 3400 RPM, then you need the right hardware inside of the motor to get the power level you want. Anything can be accomplished if you want it bad enough and I don't think you're asking for too much. I'm not good at turbos, so I can't give you any ideas with this. I'll send you a Personal Message
