Custom cam is no problem, you must just know what is the maximum travel of the injector. If there's enough material you can fit bigger plungers but question is who makes them? Don't know about Cat but Cummins Celect injectors have some high tech ceramic material plungers that might be hard to get. I think these days all manufacturers use some special materials.

The sigma is weird, I heard it's not the amount of fuel it delivers it's the amount it delievers in the same degrees of timing vs a normal pump. Hard to believe they've been out of business for like 40 years.

Seen one run on the test stand, takes almost 100hp to run one at 5k. There's a pickup here than ran a 12cyl pump for years and borrowed a Sigma and said there's isn't any comparison, ran like a totally different animal.

Mr Haney, thanx for that awesome pic, got any more photos of the engine?
Hi Jas... gonna ask a dumb question... what is "the bigger under block stiffener"?

Very nice engine but I've watched quite a bit of footage from that truck and I don't think that's enough horsepower to compete against us over here.

He might be changing gears, but not carrying wheel speed like hibbit's truck. That Que drag is a bit lighter on the other end than a NTPA sled!! But with a slipper clutch he wouldn't have to shift. But impressive anyway!!
