Has any one ever installed a shifter extension? and where did you get the 5/32 od air line and the fittings? i'm trying to put one on my Pete but no one seems to have that air line or the fittings. any help would be appriceated.

Most any dealer or parts house should have the air line and fittings needed, cant belive a pete or any other dealer or parts house wouldnt have 5/32 line or fittings, their pretty common .... You can use the 3 peice style or the quick connect (push in) style of fitting.... a word of caution tho, had a couple of freinds install extenions... both broke the threads off the top of the factory shifter.. I dont know if they broke from slammin or grindin gears, and their not gonna admit it if thats the case.... good luck
