    They pay your way to Spokane? Pay meals etc.? I've lost so much money with a crooked company I have to be careful with what I have left! Do they have a pet policy?

    hey stenniss, they fly u to Spokane and pay for lunch, and the hotel they stick u in has free breakfast, better than a continental. Unfortunatly they don't allow pets. You do have to stick it out with them for 6 months though or you gotta pay the air fare back. I haven't had any major problems with this company this far...just your regular problems that come with trucking.

    Thanks for the info Driver! Wife died a while back and it's just me and my dog. Not willing to give her up so I'll keep looking. Need to find something off the west coast. Running 48 is fine. Thanks again

    wish I could help u Stenniss, but I don't know what's around olympia, and I know what u mean about the dog I almost walked out of orientation when I found outcouldn't bring my dog. Good luck out there!

    Stenniss not to hijack the thread but check out Watkins Shepard, they allow pets after 90 days and so far I like the company. They go all 48 and like to send you east if you don't care they will send you there for 6-8 weeks. We have terminals in Kent, Lakewood and Vancouver.

    Actually I can agree with cagetrucker I started with watkins and they are all right pay is a little low, but nice people.

    Been with them since may5 Just finished up with my trainer. He took time offf so I ha to wait a little longer but finaly got done with training now off to driving for mileage pay.

    Good for you. I am making mileage money as well. I went with another company that does not require a trainer. I have been on my own since June 10. It is great getting mileage checks finally. I am happy with my new career choice and even happier with my company choice. I wish everyone luck in their decisions.
