is tyson real strick on the dac do they believe the companies or the drivers version

 

yes tyson is very big on dac record its more safety than anything they r good comp though so it seems but the lady we talk to knows sometimes comp give drivers bad dac reports but its all up to safety,but if have anything bad on your dac an the comp will take it off you fine but nine times out of ten they want hope ive help

 

Anyone know how long Tyson training is for recent grads?

 

My brother worked for Tyson back in the early 1990 for about 10 years He said it was a pretty good company He got sick out west one time and they flew him home. He was on a route where he was home everyday and had troubles with the dispatcher he said she was a B..... This was in Alabama and he quit. I was thinking about them also I've been driving about 20 years but have never been there. I wonder does anybody know if they are cutting there trucks back to 62 also.

 

very busy,control 50% of meat products in the u.s lots of miles and drop and hooks,never had to unload a trailer,they have a freeze on hiring right now because all their trucks are full yeah tyson,no more trucking companies for me

 

Do they hire student grads out of Louisiana. Thankz and be safe

 

yea, i just went to that link.semss you top off at 40cts /mile.
and believe it multiple drops /pu's.
i spoke to a driver awhile ago(we were both waiting at one of excel plants in ks.
and spoke good of them.but like all companies,u hv to make that log work for you.
cause when that load is ready u need to get a going.
good equip too. pretty fast trks, i think they r set,or were bk thn at 72.
i dont know, i might put my app with them.

Yes drop and hook is correct.....but you did not mention the 2 days sitting in middle of some corn feild with no truck stops and waiting on loads.....or sitting in some smelly meat packing house parking lot dying of boardom for sometimes 2-3 days...he has told me all about tyson....

ALSO YOU FORGOT TO MENTION IF YOU LEAVE THEY WILL BACK CHARGE YOU ON PISS TESTS AND PHYSICAL...

LAST BUT NOT LEAST YOU FORGOT TO MENTION THE JERK-OFF'S YOU MUST DEAL WITH AT THE MEAT PACKING HOUSES AND THE TOTAL CIRCUS OF MANAGEMENT TRYING TO GET YOU A LOAD OUT....WHILE YOU SIT AND ROT DAY AFTER DAY.....

I PULLED TYSON BEEF AND SEEN AND ALSO HEARD THE CRY'S FROM ALL THERE DRIVERS.....NO WAY WOULD I GO THERE.

You also forgot to tell them for every 3 weeks out you may get to see family for 2 days.....

And a very slow truck,which the trucks are very nice and confortable -true...

never would i subject my life to that.....
