Does anyone mind sharing what their weekly miles are going each week within the last 2 months? I ask because since June my checks have been getting smaller and smaller that it is sickening. There freight is there, but the long waits for loads or paperwork is unacceptable in every way. I have been getting about 2000-2500 weekly. I was used to getting 3000-3300 weekly when I started almost a year ago, but those days have been long gone within the last 2 months. Does anyone know the reason behind the sudden long waits for loads to be ready after they are dispatched as ready to our fleet managers these days? If the sudden long waits cannot be explained, Tyson will start to have a sudden turnover rate within the next month or two. I have spoken to 6 drivers this week that are going through what I am and will be leaving within the next 2 weeks just as I am.

I really expected more from Tyson with their big reputation in the food industry, but looks can be deceiving as with any trucking company from what I see. I guess their high pay and starting off with great weekly miles was a sneaky way to lure you in. LMAO!!!!

What company are you with exactly? You replied to my questions for current drivers for Tyson and Millis. I would like answers from drivers that are actually currently at these companies if you do not mind. Thanks!
