Does anyone know anything about the hiring process more specifically the "mental and physical" tests listed on the website? Not that I am worried about passing either. LOL But, I like to know what I am getting into.

It is a part of the (UPS) hiring process page. I am not at my home computer now, so I can't reference the exact address.

I missed the ups part earlier. Guess I didn't have enough caffeine today! Not sure about mental tests, but the physical stuff will probably be checking your general health, and possibly testing your lifting ability and things of that nature.

UPS Feeder drivers are usually hired from within the ranks of the package car drivers, And package car drivers are usually hired from the ranks of the part time loaders,...
UPS Freight drivers also start at the bottom scale and usually start on the extra board and move up from there,... -
I was hired as a seasonal feeder driver last year, which really meant I would be a yard jockey and only see the road in the most dire of emergencies. Made $16 an hour, but was told if I applied for an $8 an hour part time warehouse job I would have a good chance of getting it. Have since applied to UPS a few times and got farther along in the process than most people, just based on working for them before. Currently going through all the background checks to start working for UPSF, which I got because I worked for them before.
Nothing I did for UPS was out of the ordinary, nor has anything so far with UPSF, with the exception of the three point climb into the truck. For some reason, in addition to always keeping three points in contact with the truck, they also like to see you look very stiff and uncomfortable doing it. That, and instead of kicking the tires they want to see you use your heel.
