when i have run solo with them and the miles were fine it's just that most of the longer run's over 600 miles because of time need teams..

dedicated is good because you always know what you will be getting (pay, milage) but the pay per mile is less so you can make more running otr but it will be up and down,
being new people like to see things and otr works better for that but if you want a better avg pay check then dedicated is better -
I think I want both!!! I like the idea of both. I like the idea of getting home a little bit more, but also seeing more too. -
On the transmissions. Do you guys even know what a super 10 is? Didn't think so. Eaton ceased production on those about 8 years ago. Many fleets used to run them, including usx, before they switched over to all autos in the late '90s. Most rookies have a difficult time learning them. Never understood that. Very easy to figure out and an ergonomical pattern. So if they're getting back to manuals it's either straight 9's or 10's. No more super or lightning 10's.
