    Well, Anne it turns out they could not get the repower delivery rescheduled so another team took it. We are heading to the drop yard in Dener this morning to pick up their trailer and run a whole 10 miles to deliver at a home depot we are then turning around and heading to Maryland. Bad weather skipped Denver last night but Kansas and Missouri are getting hammered and we will be running into it. Should be interesting.

    Oh Anna, could you please just have a week where your truck keeps running and you just drive?

    80415 Was my truck when I drove for USXPRESS. I had a lot of fuel related problems with it also. I retired May 2009. I do miss it and thought about going back on the road.

    I think I may finally get to just drive....LOL

    I was at Lexington the other day for my load (which went out the night before) and then the load they had me on I couldn't get there in time....so my truck went in the shop for its PM. They also updated the Windows, but put the serial number in wrong so then the computer got stuck and didn't "know" that it was on my truck....LOL But I did get a good nights sleep (had got about 5 hours in 2 days) and then took two short naps on those wonderful chairs and ottomans in the lounge. Tuesday morning they put in a whole new computer and I was able to take off.

    Went south with a load, then got one that delivered in Baltimore today. Am taking a 10 (complete with a 4 hour nap) and then will head for Hagerstown to get a TSC load going about 135 miles south that delivers at 0700.

    Found out that I will be losing my truck soon. Just hit 621K. I just hope I get another Freightliner.

    There was just one on this load. I've done one that had 4 stops and one that had 2 stops. It just all depends, I think.

    Right now I'm sitting at the shipper in Lynchburg. Ran out of hours 3 hrs before they got me loaded. Will head for Columbus around 3am, going the hills of West Virginia with a 40K load of hand lotion.

    did you know you get a 18% discount on verizon bill.....? and 25% off any thing you get on the verizon web site.... you can get deals on the web site that you CAN'T get in the store......

    when we got are last new phones i was in a verizon store and they told me they couldn't give me the deal i could get online. so i went home and ordered then, 3 days later we had them.

    btw that 18% discount is on ALL your verizon phones and aircards

    glad we never have to deal with mt's we have 1 mt on the truck every 5-6 weeks for 20 miles the rest of the time we are loaded of we bt....

    That is a great deal but I get a better one from my old employer. I get a 23% discount. I will switch to the USX plan if verizon ever asks to verify my employment. I don't think they will.
