Had to go back 3 pages to catch up...LOL

Craig, Sean says to tell you she's sorry she didn't meet up with you and Anne.

We left Tunnel Hill this morning, I was driving made it just up on 75 and couldn't get the truck to pick up speed......STOP LAUGHING!!!!!!!!!!!!.............Sean took over, got it up to about 55 - 60, we worked together and figured out why I wasn't getting anywhere, and then drove to our pickup in Chattanooga......I backed it in.....then she drove out and kept driving for 6.5 hours...350 miles......doing an excellent job......she scaled and fueled...........and we are now sitting in a rest area just west of Roanoke, VA.

Our load delivers in a little town called Mehoopany, PA tomorrow........local route solution is TOTALLY screwy, so we are having to use the one from USX and then making a little bit of the route up ourselves.

I would venture a guess that Anna forgot she had to flip it into the high range

Anna you will do awesome once you get the hang of it. I picked up some trucks from freightliner to run back to Tunnel Hill. They were automatics and I HATED driving them. I love the 10 speed and can't imagine driving anything else. Keep us updated on how training is going!!

End of Day 2 and Sean is doing a wonderful job....she backed her trailer in, with the tandems slid all the way back, and did a wonderful job....then she backed into a spot in our little (6 trucks) truckstop for the night.....All we need to do is figure out how to keep from laughing so much.....we are having an absolute ball...LOL

And NO, it wasn't because I forgot to flip the switch...I never got to that point...LOL...We were hoping to get a PP after we delivered because Sean ran 9.5 hrs today and then I would get to drive, but that didn't happen...but I'll be sure and let you know how my first longer drive goes...LOL
