Lease Purchase vs Company Driver

I use turbotax, have for years to itemize, so thanks for the info, that should make it easier

 

I used Turbo Tax and it didn't ask me......went in to a tax person to help me get set up for this new job seeing that I'm Lease now and she redid my taxes and now I'm getting back an extra $500.

 

It doesn't ask, there is just a box you check. You have to read carefully. It would be easy to miss.

 

Yep, $59 a day, but you only get to deduct 80% of that.

 

this is a real good thread filled with info. Who has bought from lone Mountain? Does USX care who you lease from?

 

I went by the local USX yard, which is right next door to ATS, they both had beautiful NEW PETERBILTS! Can't complain about their eqpt!

 

Flood got his truck from Lone Mountain and no, USX can care less.

CHARLEY, what truck did you get, year and miles, auto? You sound pretty happy with that move!

 

There's the problem....LOL........I thot I was reading carefully, but I was also depending on their "GPS" to help me through it.......I have to go back to last years tax paperwork in order to remember what all I need to get together for this year....even tho I try to put things in a tax folder throughout the year I always end up leaving something out.
