why u let the points stack up driver? thats why u fight everysingle ticket. TVC has helped me fight and win a 1.5 point violation keeping the record clean is very important. points fall off every 3 yrs on the day of the 3yr anniversary of the ticket. drive safe everybody.

All points on the recruiters are true, they work off a quota! Speaking of which, with the number of drivers who quit companies everyday, not just USX, you have to realize that Large Companies like USX, Werner, SWIFT, etc. have to go through between 10 to 20 applications or applicants to get just one qualified driver and one that Safety and the Insurance Companies will sign off on.
Too many moving violations and you can pretty much hang it up until you get some years between you and the violations and keep your nose clean. Kind of like building credit, you have to prove yourself worthy before anyone will loan you money!
One thing you didn't mentioon was, are the moving violations in CMV's or your personal vehicle or both?

If Werner and USX won't hire you, try McDonalds.

no thanks. id much rather do warehouse or construction work. Amazon pays 13.50 an hour working 50+ hours a week. unless you're a high schooler there isn't an excuse for working fast food unless you're not physically capable, but then walmart is probably still hiring greeters.
And I understand how many applications they have to go through, but you'd think they would run a questionable app by safety before scheduling orientation.
