    There's a reason why only co's like usx,Werner, Jb hunt etc get those accts....no real trucking co would want that garbage along with their drivers!

    Yes..u guys r right...account out of the gate was nice,,,now its 100% bs....only thing i got from this is very good at backing up in those tight spots,blind side ect ect..ohhh and relize i dont hv to take fm,bs lies anymore......tym to move on...i hate hate jumping jobs ..i do.it just does not look good.but u can only take so much...

    RT ABOUT THAT...OFF LOADING 53/48 FOOT TRAILERS BYE HAND GOT ME IN GREAT SHAPE LOST 34# TOO...I DO LIKE THE WORK..BUT ,FM,BS..AND JUST NOT ENOUGH MONEY..ALSO YOU TAKE dedicated WK ENDS OFF JOB AND EXPECT THAT..WELL NOT THE CASE NO MORE..BARLY GET A 34...& NOW ITS MORE LIKE regional ..BUT THE $$$ DROPED OFF...I JUST THINK IF U R GOING TO OFF LOAD BYE HAND AND RUN 1500/1800 MILES A WK.U SHOULD BE MAKING DECENT MONEY..FOR manual labor ..WELL YOUR NOT..U CAN MAKE THE SAME RUNNING regional .AND NOT TOUCH A BOX...ALSO IM ONE WHO RUNS VERY HARD.IM FAST..THE $$ IS NOT NOT THERE...5,6,7.....THATS IT...STRAIGHT TRUTH......NOT WORTH IT...SO IM LOOKING...IM VERY TORN THOW.....

    See they flooded the account with new drivers..now u fight for runs....they put the good drivers on the long runs.where u r tired up for 2 days and give the rookies the close ones where u can turn and burn ,get back grab another job and keep rolling.they do this cause if new driver says f this..they can cover a close bye load rather then trying to cover a load 350 miles away....see ill tell u like it is...ashlee is overwelmed....with work..and planing sucks..the driver will suffer..the brand new driver just goes with it cause they dont know any better yet....great mgmt at ashlee..just over welmed with this new account..

    I was actually looking at this account. I'm kind of a big guy, and actually look forward to being active in the job to help get my blood flowing and maybe even drop a few pounds. How does the pay system work on that? So much per trailer? per stop? And I don't think I would really complain when I'd get weekends off and make more than the local factory rats on thier feet all day.

    39cents a mile(every one.....))). $75.00 a trailer.....$$$20.00...a stop....& all the lies,,& bulls***!! U want......

    I was told a flat $170 per trlr. No stop pay. Same mileage rate though
