Mandated USX team driving!!!

    I saw that you got him off your truck. Glad it worked out for you.

    I wasn't making light of the situation. Believe me, I've had several worthless co-drivers. The worse one was my last one with USX. I stuck it out for 5 or 6 months. He is the reason I decided to be a trainer. All but one co-driver I had I ended up training.

    No, it's not fair to have to worry about late deliveries or accidents. Blowing a weigh station would be on him. That might have been a good lesson for him.

    Some people qre just lazy and content to let someone sit in their shoulder if thats an option. Glad you got him off your truck.
    Funny thing is, it took me forever to get a teammate, the one i joined with quit first day out of training on truck, lol. I wanted a new teammate and it took 8 weeks, i could have been out if i wanted, lol.
