They have a new thing called a dedicatex floater. You go from dedicated to dedicated, filing in at various ones as needed. It's a guaranteed 1000. I would consider it if I wasn't going to team or train.

 

I can imagine that having really good or really bad weeks, lol.

 

My luck I would probably get stuck on one of the dollar store routes unloading my own trailers instead if a cake Walmart gig...lol

 

We were offered this before Ceva. That's exactly why I said no. I would not want to deliver to Dollar General, Tractor Supply, Pep Boys & the rest of the crew lol

That's a good amount of hours you can drive. My wife's trainer was like this guy. Loved to sit at truck stops eating fast food & watching tv in the drivers lounge. She always had to push him to get a load so she could drive

Those are pretty decent recap hours. No need for a restart there. Not everybody runs hard like I do.Why is it a nightmare? Are there other problems? If not just ride it out. You have your whole career ahead of you. Don't sweat a week.
