190 hours should take about 4 weeks. You have been on the truck about 3 weeks so your btw should be around 140 dight now.

 

You said you dont feel you are getting enough driving time.. is your trainer doing most of tne driving? When I was training my trainers only drove when I was out of hours.. however, I do also know that with some companies the trainer has the rignt to take over driving if they feel tbe student is not being safe, or unable to handle the driving conditions... weather, rush hour traffic, two lane highway with no shoulder, etc..

If you are not doing most of the driving, first talk to your trainer and ask why.. try to work it out with your trajner and if yu cant or if they dont have a valid reason for not having you do most of the driving then call the company, either your student. Driver manager or whoever the company told you to call..

Averaging less tham 40 hours a week... ive heard of worse. Talk to your trainer about it. It could be you, could be him.
