More proof that US Express are a bunch a spineless pansies! A real company would use a full sized shaved goat!

Unless, of course, it's a flatbed outfit. We use wolverines... And the newbie has to do the shaving!!! Ha ha ha ha!

They should have told you what the "tests" to be "prepared" for are, your trainer knows as well. Some of the terminals don't even grade you, you're just going through the motions. Don't be nervous, lol. Bring your training manual with you though, they let you use it on the written test.

 

if you fail they will show you what you did wrong then test you again.... I've seen some take days to pass

when they saidI failed I showed them their test was wrong and that my answer was right.... they didn't like it when I made them pull up the sitcom log from my truck and showed them that the routing I did (they couldn't understand it) was the same as the company sent us for trip planning

 

Open book test about company something, 45 doc, 90 dock, blind side dock & a road test. Then a brief lesson on chaining.

The written test you will pass even if you get it all wrong. Just make sure you pass the driving stuff. Go slow & relax. Their not looking to fail you. If you do....Then you get to practice more.

 

Wow they were tough on you. My students only had to do a 45.

The practice test is basically the test. The road test is similar to the one given at orientation.
