Starting with US Xpress

Well I'm supposed to finish sending these forms in and then schedule orientation for next week at the Springfield terminal. Hopefully this goes well. Can't wait to get back out on the road! What can I expect at the Springfield terminal? What hotel will they put me in and does it have a shuttle to US Xpress?

 

Thank Duo, wish me luck on my road test. Last company I was with had automatics(Maverick) so let's see if I turn their transmission into powder lol.

 

I doubt I'll even make it off the lot so avoiding killing anyone shouldn't be a problem lol. Are they going back to automatics? I heard that they were getting rid of all of them. What kind of route will they take me on? From looking at Google Earth, Springfield is right off the interstate. Doesn't look too congested to me.

 

Oh, neat. I did like the automatics with Maverick better than the manuals with PAM. Granted part of that may be based on my 'trainer' with PAM teaching me how to shift by screaming in my ear every time I would grind a gear >.>
